Christian G. Zebicoff is a partner at Romer Debbas LLP, managing the Trust & Estates, Estate Planning, and Elder Law practice group. He advises individuals, families, and small businesses on wills, trusts, tax planning, and long-term care, and has substantial experience in real estate and Surrogate’s Court litigation. Christian regularly presents on estate planning and health care decision-making and has been recognized as an Empire State Counsel for his pro bono work.

Michael J. Romer, Esq. Managing Partner, Romer Debbas LLP

Michael J. Romer is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Romer Debbas LLP, representing clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing, development, and financing of commercial and residential properties, including investors, private equity firms, financial institutions, and cooperative and condominium boards in New York City. He has built the firm into a full-service real estate practice and is a recognized industry expert, frequently commenting and lecturing on real estate and finance.
