For over 17 years, Mr. Brecher has served as QI working with attorneys, accountants and real estate professionals in connection with thousands of transactions.

Michael C. Xylas is a partner in the Real Estate and Banking Practices Group of Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP.
